Consent is always optional
Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of using Sky Connect Hubs or of obtaining funding from any partner. If you prefer, you can simply contact us by email or phone instead.
How to opt out (STOP)
You may withdraw your consent and stop messages at any time:
- Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. We'll send one confirmation, then stop.
- Or email support@skyconnecthubs.com with your request and mobile number.
Opting out of SMS will not affect your funding inquiry or your ability to work with us through other channels.

Message frequency, rates & carriers
- Frequency: varies based on your inquiry and our communications with you.
- Cost: we don't charge, but message & data rates may apply from your carrier.
- Carriers: compatible with major U.S. carriers; delivery is not guaranteed and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
