This SMS / Messaging Policy describes the text message (SMS) program operated by SKY INTERNATIONAL LLC, doing business as Sky Connect Hubs. By opting in, you agree to the terms below.

Program: Sky Connect Hubs Business Funding Alerts.

When you opt in, Sky Connect Hubs sends recurring text messages related to business funding — including funding options, updates on the inquiry you submitted, appointment or follow-up reminders, and related offers from Sky Connect Hubs. This is a marketing and informational program.

2. How you opt in (consent)

You opt in by submitting the inquiry form on skyconnecthubs.com and checking the SMS consent box, which reads:

"By checking this box, I agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (such as business funding options, application updates, and related offers) from Sky Connect Hubs (SKY INTERNATIONAL LLC) at the mobile number I provided, including messages sent by autodialer. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of using our service. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help."

Consent is not required to use our service or to obtain funding. The SMS consent box is unchecked by default — you must check it yourself. We do not add anyone to our SMS program from purchased or third-party lists.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and our communications with you. You may receive messages when there is an update or relevant offer.

4. Cost

Sky Connect Hubs does not charge for the SMS program, but message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

5. Opt out — STOP

You can cancel the SMS program at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. You may continue to use our service by email or phone.

7. Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Privacy & data protection

We respect your privacy and protect your mobile information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

9. Supported carriers
